In October of 1999, Frank Manzi opened the doors to Francesco's Italian Bakery. With his wife, 3 year old daughter and the town of Charlton supporting him, his business became a success. Francesco's treated the community like family. Providing them with the best possible service and the freshest cakes, pastries, cookies and breads. That was almost 20 years ago. Today, his 3 year old daughter, Gianna, is now 22 and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Frank has taught Gianna everything she knows, and they work together everyday to provide delicious baked goods to the community. We love what we do here, and we love sharing it with all of you.
